Bright and colourful, berries are one of nature’s sweetest gifts. The pretty colours and the delightful flavours have lent to the creation of many culinary masterpieces. Who could forget baked cheesecake topped with blueberries, or summer tart filled with an assortment of berries?

But these little treats are not just about good looks. They come loaded with anti-oxidants that hep in fighting against free radicals in your body which can lead to numerous diseases. Moreover, they are vitamin boosters, help in making your skin radiant and your hair healthy, and lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

Why Blackcurrants are Good for You

A recent study has also found that blackcurrants can help in keeping us mentally young and agile. The berries help in managing the mental decline associated with aging populations and in people with brain disorders such as Parkinson's disease or depression.

Berries cut Parkinson's risk by 40 percent

"This study is the first to look at the effects of berry consumption on the cognitive performance of healthy young adults," said Arjan Scheepens, the plant and food research scientist who led the study.

The juice from a specific New Zealand blackcurrant cultivar, 'Blackadder' also reduced the activity of a family of enzymes called monoamine oxidases which regulate serotonin and dopamine concentrations in the brain.

Berries: Perfect for a glowing skin

These chemicals are known to affect mood and cognition and are the focus for treatments of both neuro-degenerative symptoms associated with Parkinson's disease and mood disorders, including stress and anxiety.

"This research has shown that New Zealand-grown blackcurrants not only increase mental performance but also reduce the activity of monoamine oxidases," Scheepens said.

Strawberries Cut Cardiac Risk in Women

"One of the key trends in the food industry is the development of ingredients and foods that have beneficial effects on human health," said Professor Roger Hurst, science group leader food and wellness at plant and food research.

The study was published in The Journal of Functional Foods.

When was the last time you checked Whatsapp, Twitter or Facebook on your phone? The invariable answer will be a few minutes or even a few seconds for some. Imagining your life without a cell phone today is impossible. Depriving someone of his/her cell phone in current scenario is equivalent to a crime.
Within a decade, the number of cell phone users has shot up like crazy, with approximately 5 billion subscribers all over the world today. During the recent years, the cell phone technology has gone under some vital changes and the network providers compete by offering cheaper call rates. This, ultimately, is giving rise to the number of hours a person spends on cell phones.
Cell phone radiation and its effect
Cell phone acted as a major contributor in the process of globalization, connecting the diversity of the planet. But no one had ever imagined that it can also have a darker side; a very hazardous side, in fact. Every minute that we spend on the phone chitchatting with our loved ones, is pushing us one step closer towards the deadly brain cancer.
While we are engaged in a call, wave energy is emitted from our cell phones, called radio frequency wave. It is a form of an electromagnetic radiation in which exposure to it can lead to cancer and many other health issues.
Much research has been done till date; some of them supported this ugly fact of harmful cell phone radiation, while the others contradicted it. But in a recent study, it has been confirmed that prolonged exposure to cell phones can lead to brain and neck cancer. Let us look into the facts of cell phone radiations that can severely damage our brain cells.

How Does Cell Phone Work?

When a cell phone is in action, it sends a signal to the nearby cell towers in the form of RF (radiofrequency) waves. RF wave is a form of an electromagnetic wave that is lying in between the FM radio waves and microwaves.
RF waves are similar to other ionizing waves such as FM radio waves, visible light, microwaves, and heat. It does not have the capacity to directly penetrate the chemical bonds in DNA. However, if you stay exposed to it for a long time, then it may cause an issue. The main concern is that whenever we use a phone, it presses against the head that brings this cell phone radiation in direct contact with the tissues in the head. And any person can decipher that it means a huge damage to the brain cells.

Potential Cancer Risk

By now, you are aware that whenever a person uses a cell phone, the dangerous radiofrequency waves are emitted from it. These waves are generated from the antenna that is incorporated in the cell phone.
According to its mechanism, the waves near the antenna are strongest but lose strength as they move further. So, it is simple to notice that the closer the phone is to the head, the greater risk you are at.
Moreover, the tissues that are closest to the antenna are at a higher risk. However, the effect may vary with the SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) of a cell phone.

What Studies Show

In 2009, some respected experts testified the link between the cell phone, rather, cell phone radiation and the deadly cancer. Dr. John Bucher said that with a prolonged exposure to RF waves, there are increasing chances of brain cancer.
According to him, children are at a greater risk than adults, as their skull configuration allows the penetration easily.
Another testimonial came from Dr. Siegal Sadetzki. According to him, he confronted many cases in which tumor appeared on the same side the cell phones were used. In 2011, the IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) released a statement depicting cell phones as “possible human carcinogen.”

How to Lower the RISK?

There are very simple ways to lower the exposure to radio frequency waves and prevent the harmful effect of cell phone radiation on you. With a slight shift in the pattern, you can save yourself from being the prey of cancer.
First off, the next time you plan to buy a phone, research well and go for a low SAR value. Remember, looks and features are not as important as your life.
Secondly, rather than using the headset, switch to speaker or hands-free mode. The farther you are from the cell phone, the lesser chances of you to be in direct contact with the harmful radiation.
Thirdly, if possible, opt for texting rather than calling. With so many options of staying connected available today, utilize the texting apps and diminish your calls.
Some of the countries like France, Canada, Israel, and Turkey have set guidelines for the proper use of cell phones along with limiting the age groups. It is time for the rest of the world to bind the making and usage of cell phones under proper guidelines.

A bottle of Coca-Cola is shown stripping OIL from a dirty car bumper in this viral video, which is making a comeback across social media.
The now classic video is doing the rounds again, despite being more than two years and pulling in more than 3.7million hits on YouTube.
In the clip a man uses the soft drink to strip the oil from his vehicle
A child is gift of GOD and it is our duty to secure this gift and let them flourish. Though the parents have deep affection and love for their children, yet, in today’s stressful life, they find  themselves at the losing end, because, sometimes under mental pressure of their day to day life, their behaviour towards their children gets off tracked and it develops communication gap. Most of the parents feel that there are many things to learn for good parenting. In Utopian world, parents are thought to be super heroes who have flexibility, energy and patience beyond limit. But, as we know, perfection itself is abnormality and none is perfect. Therefore, one must have a wide variety of practicality and try to avoid some mistakes when one is in the process of making one’s child disciplined. Some of the common disciplinary mistakes the parents make are:--
Yelling and Nagging
Parents, sometimes, keep yelling at their children when they find them hard to be controlled. This way the parents simply vent their frustration. But it is of no avail because the children, with the time passing by, learn to deal with these “habitual yellers”. For these types of parents; the alternative to this yelling is not to say anything until the anger comes under control because most children behave in the cool manner when they are calmly and reasonably requested. Nagging is another mistake the parents keep doing. They don’t want to make their children angry so that they keep asking them constantly if they do this or that. The alternative to this behaviour is just making firm request to do or not to do and if not heard, give them some small punishment as no TV for sometime.
Lecturing and Advice Giving
Lecturing is just a monologue and involving no interaction with the audience. A child who is unable to keep pace with the class in completing the homework, the lecturing has no effect on his mentality. Likewise advice giving is also an action which generally falls in deaf ears. These are painstaking exercises having no results. Instead, if the parents try to put themselves in the children place, they could understand and thereby handle the problem.
Shaming and Belittling
Parents, sometimes, strangely behave in the way which cause their children feel inadequate and smaller. This is the grave mistake and the parents should keep themselves off from such type of behaviour.
Physical punishment and Coercion
A child can never be disciplined by the physical force and coercion. These types of behaviour are only helpful in creating rebellious attitude in a child. Try and talk to your child to help him understand where what exactly his problem is.
Every child is unique
One should always keep in mind that every child is unique and behave accordingly. Do not compare your child with others. There might be something in your neighbour’s son or daughter that your child doesn’t have but similarly your child also has some qualities which their child does not have.
Imposing excessive guilt
One has to be careful of the behaviour not to make one’s child guilt conscious. Do not exaggerate any matter. Children are very sensitive and this would make your sensitive child guilt conscious leading him to depression.
Don’t expect too much
Treat the child as a child not as an adult and don’t overstretch his limits. Give him/her their own space and let them take their own decisions. This will make them happy and develop a strong bond between you both.
Be a role model
A child is always following the footsteps of his parents, so be a role model. Do not do anything you don’t want to see your child doing like smoking, drinking using wrong words etc. Children have the tendency to follow their parents and you may unknowingly lead your child in the wrong direction.

These are some common mistakes the parents must be aware of.

There are many health benefits of lemons that have been known for centuries. The two biggest are lemons’ strong antibacterial, antiviral, and immune-boosting powers and their use as a weight loss aid because lemon juice is a digestive aid and liver cleanser. Lemons contain many substances–notably citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, pectin, and limonene–that promote immunity and fight infection.
HOW TO DO IT: You should be using purified water and it should be lukewarm not scalding hot. You want to avoid ice cold water, since that can be a lot for your body to process and it takes more energy to process ice cold water than the warm. Always use fresh lemons, organic if possible, never bottled lemon juice. I squeeze 1/2 a lemon with each glass and I drink it down first thing before I eat a single thing, or workout, etc.
10 Benefits to Drinking Warm Lemon Water Every Morning
1) Aids Digestion. Lemon juice flushes out unwanted materials and toxins from the body. It’s atomic composition is similar to saliva and the hydrochloric acid of digestive juices. It encourages the liver to produce bile which is an acid that is required for digestion. Lemons are also high in minerals and vitamins and help loosen ama, or toxins, in the digestive tract. The digestive qualities of lemon juice help to relieve symptoms of indigestion, such as heartburn, belching and bloating. The American Cancer Society actually recommends offering warm lemon water to cancer sufferers to help stimulate bowel movements.
2) Cleanses Your System / is a Diuretic. Lemon juice helps flush out unwanted materials in part because lemons increase the rate of urination in the body. Therefore toxins are released at a faster rate which helps keep your urinary tract healthy. The citric acid in lemons helps maximize enzyme function, which stimulates the liver and aids in detoxification.
3) Boosts Your Immune System. Lemons are high in vitamin C, which is great for fighting colds.  They’re high in potassium, which stimulates brain and nerve function. Potassium also helps control blood pressure. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) found in lemons demonstrates anti-inflammatory effects, and is used as complementary support for asthma and other respiratory symptoms plus it enhances iron absorption in the body; iron plays an important role in immune function. Lemons also contain saponins, which show antimicrobial properties that may help keep cold and flu at bay. Lemons also reduce the amount of phlegm produced by the body.
4) Balances pH Levels. Lemons are one of the most alkalizing foods for the body. Sure, they are acidic on their own, but inside our bodies they’re alkaline (the citric acid does not create acidity in the body once metabolized). Lemons contain both citric and ascorbic acid, weak acids easily metabolized from the body allowing the mineral content of lemons to help alkalize the blood. Disease states only occur when the body pH is acidic. Drinking lemon water regularly can help to remove overall acidity in the body, including uric acid in the joints, which is one of the primary causes of pain and inflammation.
5) Clears Skin. The vitamin C component as well as other antioxidants helps decrease wrinkles and blemishes and it helps to combat free radical damage. Vitamin C is vital for healthy glowing skin while its alkaline nature kills some types of bacteria known to cause acne. It can actually be applied directly to scars or age spots to help reduce their appearance. Since lemon water purges toxins from your blood, it would also be helping to keep your skin clear of blemishes from the inside out. The vitamin C contained in the lemon rejuvenates the skin from within your body.
6) Energizes You and Enhances Your Mood. The energy a human receives from food comes from the atoms and molecules in your food. A reaction occurs when the positive charged ions from food enter the digestive tract and interact with the negative charged enzymes. Lemon is one of the few foods that contain more negative charged ions, providing your body with more energy when it enters the digestive tract. The scent of lemon also has mood enhancing and energizing properties. The smell of lemon juice can brighten your mood and help clear your mind. Lemon can also help reduce anxiety and depression.
7) Promotes Healing. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), found in abundance in lemons, promotes wound healing, and is an essential nutrient in the maintenance of healthy bones, connective tissue, and cartilage. As noted previously, vitamin C also displays anti-inflammatory properties. Combined, vitamin C is an essential nutrient in the maintenance of good health and recovery from stress and injury.
8) Freshens Breath. Besides fresher breath, lemons have  been known to help relieve tooth pain and gingivitis. Be aware that citric acid can erode tooth enamel, so you should be mindful of this. No not brush your teeth just after drinking your lemon water. It is best to brush your teeth first, then drink your lemon water, or wait a significant amount of time after to brush your teeth. Additionally, you can rinse your mouth with purified water after you finish your lemon water.
9) Hydrates Your Lymph System. Warm water and lemon juice supports the immune system by hydrating and replacing fluids lost by your body. When your body is deprived of water, you can definitely feel the side effects, which include: feeling tired, sluggish, decreased immune function, constipation, lack of energy, low/high blood pressure, lack of sleep, lack of mental clarity and feeling stressed, just to name a few.
10) Aids in Weight Loss. Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps fight hunger cravings. Studies have shown people who maintain a more alkaline diet, do in fact lose weight faster. I personally find myself making better choices throughout the day, if I start my day off right, by making a health conscious choice to drink warm lemon water first thing every morning.
Do you drink warm lemon water every morning? What are your favorite benefits?
People who are mentally strong and well adjusted are different in a number of ways. Very often, the best way to learn from such people is to observe what actions and behaviors they avoid. Here are the top 13 things not to do if you want to be mentally strong.
1. Quit When Things Get Tough
One of the most important qualities of mentally strong people is resilience and the ability to keep going when they run into obstacles. This is a quality found in some of the toughest people in the world, such as Navy SEALs.
2. Envy Other People
It’s a waste of time to envy the success of other people. Everyone has his or her own unique talents and abilities. You should focus on your own goals and dreams and not try to succeed by other people’s standards.
3. Not Learn From Their Mistakes
Everyone makes mistakes. One thing that sets the mentally strong apart, though, is that they don’t keep repeating their mistakes. You should see mistakes as part of the learning process. This means, however, that you take the lessons from each mistake and move forward.
4. Blame Others For Their Problems
Blaming other people, whether your family, your boss or the government for your problems is a nonproductive habit. Successful people take responsibility for their own success or failure and don’t shift the blame upon others.
5. Avoid Risk
If you want to succeed at anything, you must take certain calculated risks. If you stay in your comfort zone, it’s hard to make progress. That’s why the strongest people are willing to take risks in areas that are important to them.
6. Expect Instant Gratification
The ability to delay gratification is crucial to being mentally strong. Those who give up when they don’t instantly see results don’t get far in life.
7. Dwell in the Past
To be mentally strong, it’s essential to focus on the present and future. The past can help you learn but if you are always pining for the good old days, you will tend to get left behind.
8. Live to Please Others
If you are always trying to please your family, friends or co-workers, you will find it hard to fulfill your own destiny. That’s why the strongest and most successful people don’t make a habit out of trying to make everyone else happy.
9. Resist Chance
The world is changing fast and you need to be adaptable to keep up with it. This includes new ideas and attitudes as well as technological advances.
10. Stay Connected all the Time
While there is much to be learned from other people, the media and the internet, you also need down time to recharge. Evidence suggests that people who don’t fear being alone are more creative and independent.
11. Go Along With the Crowd
When it comes to actions as well as ideas, mentally strong people are independent minded. They don’t do things or think things simply because others do.
12. Catastrophize
Catastrophizing means expecting the worst to happen. While it’s sensible to prepare for potential problems, if you are actively expecting catastrophe to strike, you will tend to sabotage yourself and miss out on potential opportunities.
13. Procrastinate
Mentally strong people know that putting things off does not help them achieve their goals. If you have a tendency to procrastinate, you should admit this to yourself and resolve to tackle those tasks you’ve been postponing.

Before you take that next drag, you may want to consider exactly what you’re putting into your body…

Acetone: You may recognize this as the active ingredient in fingernail polish remover.Ammonia: A common ingredient in many cleaning products. Ammonia speeds up the delivery of nicotine to the brain, which keeps you addicted.Arsenic is used for rat poison.Benzene is a common ingredient in many plastics and has been linked with leukemia and blood disorders.Butane is a main ingredient in lighter fluid.Carbon monoxide enters your blood stream and takes the place of oxygen, causing less oxygen to be delivered to your brain, heart and vital organs.Cadmium is an extremely toxic metal commonly found in industrial workplaces, particularly where any ore is being processed or smelted. Cadmium is also found in batteriesFormaldehyde is used for embalming dead people.Hydrogen Cyanide is a colorless, volatile, and extremely poisonous chemical compound whose vapors have a bitter almond odor.Lead is a highly toxic metal that produces a range of adverse health effects.Nickel is a human carcinogen that is poisonous if ingested and causes gastrointestinal problems.Nicotine is the addictive drug in cigarettes.Polonium is a radioactive metallic element. The polonium present in a pack a day, provides the same radiation as 4 chest x-rays.Turpentine is also know as paint thinner and is extremely flammable.Whale Vomit is not a chemical, but is added to cigarettes for flavoring.

Years pass by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt, poison and any unwanted entering our body. With time, the salt accumulates and this needs to undergo cleaning treatments and how are we going to overcome this?

It is very easy, first take a bunch of parsley or Cilantro ( Coriander Leaves ) and wash it clean.

Then cut it in small pieces and put it in a pot and pour clean water and boil it for ten minutes and let it cool down and then filter it and pour in a clean bottle and keep it inside refrigerator to cool.

Drink one glass daily and you will notice all salt and other accumulated poison coming out of your kidney by urination also you will be able to notice the difference which you never felt before.

Parsley and cilantro (coriander) are known as best cleaning treatment for kidneys and it is natural!

Both have similar impact but Parsley is preferred choice. Difference between Parsely and Cilandro. Parsely doesn't have the smell whereas cilandro (Dhaniya Leaves) Smell. Parsely is used in Salads. Both leaves look similar to each other but by close observation, you can notice both are different.

1. Yogurt
This one’s not news, but the research continues to come in. One of the most impressive studies on nutrition and weight loss, conducted by Darius Mozzafarian of Harvard and published in the New England Journal of Medicine, found yogurt to be a surprisingly important factor distinguishing people who maintain their weight as they age and those who gain relentlessly over time.
Using data from the enormous Nurses Health Study, Mozzafarian and his team analyzed the eating habits of more than 120,000 people to find commonalities between those who gained weight as they aged, and those who maintained their youthful silhouettes. Of all the foods linked with weight loss, yogurt ranked the highest. (Potato chips and potatoes themselves came in the highest for weight gain.) Scientists don’t know yet why yogurt seems so consistently linked with thinness, but are looking into the possibility that the healthy gut flora promoted by yogurt’s beneficial probiotics may play a role. (It’s also possible, though, that yogurt simply tends to be a staple of the diets of health-conscious people.)
2. Oat Bran
Oat bran is a key element in the Dukan diet popularized by Kate Middleton, Jennifer Lopez and others over the past year. In the UK and Europe, where this diet is a high-profile fad, people carry oat bran around with them to comply with the diet’s very specific requirement of 3 tablespoons a day. The Dukan Diet has even branded its own oat bran and oat bran bars. Oat bran has been easy for continental dieters to adopt because oat bran bars have been in the purses of dieting French women for decades. (I remember trying the dry zweiback-like bran bars for sale in the diet sections of French pharmacies in the early 1990s and wondering how people could stand them.)
So what’s all the fuss, and does oat bran work as promised? In general, yes, but mainly due to benefits that you can replicate with other foods. Oat bran is very high in fiber, so it makes you feel full and aids in speedy elimination. Oat bran, like oats themselves, also absorbs fats, which is why it’s recommended by doctors to lower cholesterol. While you’re welcome to try oat bran bars and see if you like them, you can get much the same benefit by following my previous advice and eating a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast every day.
3. Olive Oil
How can a fat help you eat less fat? Because olive oil is monounsaturated, making it a healthy part of the endlessly recommended Mediterranean diet. But more specifically because according to research at the University of Irvine, the oleic acid in olive oil is transformed in the small intestine into a compound called OEA (full name oleoylethanolamide) that relieves hunger and suppresses appetite by sending signals to your brain telling it you’re full.
Dress all those healthy salads you’re eating as part of your weight-loss plan with olive oil, and you’ll be doubling the benefit of all those antioxidant-rich veggies. A full analysis of all of the health-boosting benefits of olive oil is available from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition here.
Do you have more weight loss-friendly foods to add to this list? Please add them in a comment!hile there’s no such thing as the perfect diet, there are key foods that research has shown can help you lose weight. These foods work in different ways and for different reasons, but all have in common that people who eat them as part of a weight loss plan lose more weight faster than those who don’t. Here are 5 foods shown in recent studies to help the pounds come off more quickly. More foods to come as the studies come out.
4. Pistachios
These nuts are the perfect snack for the weight-conscious because they’re high in protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Don’t be fooled by the “fat” label, either; the fat in pistachios is unsaturated fat, the brain- and heart-healthy type.
Calorie counts are misleading too; not all calories are created equal. Researchers from the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition followed two groups of people on identical low-calorie diets for 12 weeks. One group ate 240 calories worth of pistachios as their afternoon snack, the other ate 220 calories worth of pretzels. The BMI (body mass indexes) of the pistachio group showed more improvement, and their cholesterol and triglyceride levels dropped as well. While shelled pistachios are more convenient, the longer amount of time required to shell them yourself makes the snack more satisfying.
5. Mushrooms
The rich, meaty taste and texture makes them an ideal meat substitute, and cutting out at least some of the meat in your diet can be a powerful weight loss strategy. Last week a research team from the Weight Management Center at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health demonstrated this effect in a study showing that substituting mushrooms for meat in one meal a day resulted in a significant weight loss.
Researchers followed 73 participants, primarily 40-something women, for a full year in a randomized trial and found that the mushroom group was consuming 173 fewer calories and 4.5 grams less fat a day, leading them to lose an average of 7 pounds each. Let’s note that this study was funded by the mushroom council; many weight loss food studies are, in fact, funded by groups representing producers and marketers of that food.

Knowing the signs of cancer is crucial. Cancer, when left untreated and undiagnosed, can cause a great deal of pain and discomfort and eventually death. While the possibility of having this dreadful illness is something that no one wants to hear, it is important to get help right away, so your chances of survival are increased immensely. If you see that you have any of these symptoms especially if you have a family history of cancer, it is a good idea to check it out with your doctor. In many cases, these signs and symptoms can be indicators of other less threatening illnesses. Best practice is always to have things checked out.

1- Sudden Weight Loss

Everyone loses weight. However, if you notice that you have drastically lost at least ten pounds or more even if you are not even putting forth any effort then this might be a reason for concern. Now that being said drastic weight loss does not always mean cancer, but it is always best to have this ruled out. Many other factors can calculate into sudden weight loss such as stress, not getting enough sleep, or just not eating properly. However, it is always better to be safe than sorry. Some cancers feed off of the body’s cells and prevent proper nutrition from getting where it needs to go thus causing the weight loss. Typical examples of cancer that do this are pancreatic, stomach, esophagus or lung cancer.

2- Fever

Most cancer patients have high temperatures especially as the illness progresses. In many cases when someone has an unexplained fever it could be an indicator of the disease. Also, it is a good possibility the mass has spread to other parts of the body. Cancer has a strong tendency to weaken the immune system as it strengthens. Once it does it leaves the body defenseless against any infections which can cause the sudden onset of fevers.

3- Fatigue

Certain cancers especially blood cancers such as Leukemia can cause an individual to feel exhausted. This is a definitive example of a tumor growing as it robs the body’s cells of blood and nutrients that are necessary to keep it functioning at an optimum pace. Other cancers such as Colon cancer can cause a similar scenario as patients often lose blood with this cancer that also contributes to extreme fatigue. If you find that you are getting sufficient rest and still don’t feel rested, you might want to see your doctor especially if this is coupled with a few of the other symptoms here.

4- Pain

Some cancers such as testicular or bone tumors can cause extreme pain as they spread. Other symptoms of other diseases, for example, the pancreas, ovaries, or rectum can cause pain to spread throughout your back and belly. If you notice, you have had a persistent pain that has increased in magnitude over time this is an indicator that something needs to be checked out.

5- Skin Changes

Skin cancer amongst other ones can cause radical changes in your skin color tone and pigmentation. Typical signs of this, for example, in those individuals whose skin has spread to their liver their tone will become a yellowish tinge. Other signs are darker looking skin as well as moles that suddenly change in size or texture. Any of these indicators should be checked out by a medical professional.

“An early morning walk is a blessing for the whole of day” said Henry David. And how right he was.  So how does it benefit us; here is how.
MENTAL Sharpness: It is said that morning walk gives you a natural energy boost which ensures greater mental sharpness for the rest of day.
